What is SCCS?
SCCS is a book designed to cover a range of topics in the BGE at levels 3 and 4 and prepare pupils for National 4/5 computing.
I am a computing science teacher and have been involved in creating S3 courses in the last two schools I have worked in (Musselburgh Grammar School and Newbattle High School) and have developed a lot of materials for these courses.
The result of this was the decision to produce a book. But not just any old book, a book that is backed up by supplementary materials that can be downloaded and distributed to pupils to support their development.
